To order this item you will need to select the ribbon color, jewel, and the text that you want to appear on the certificate.
Using the photo as an example:
Jewel Option - Past Master
Jewel Color - Gold
Line 1 - Cornerstone Lodge
Line 2 - Presented to
Line 3 - Robert Smith
Line 4 - Worshipful Master
Line 5 - 2013
If you don't want to use all the lines of text, you can either leave it blank or put 'blank' in the box.
Please Note
The lines of text will appear as in the photo. Line 1 is above the jewel and line 5 is at the bottom of the certificate.
